Anzacare – The Company

The origin of Anzacare was in 1979 when Dr Anthony Page, practicing as a clinical psychologist, developed a bedwetting alarm for his practice.

From this beginning Anthony and Lyn Page contracted electronic engineering and industrial design experts to design their bedwetting alarms, the DRI Excel and DRI Eclipse, to meet their exacting standards and the requirements for a bedwetting alarm that Anthony understands from his more than 30 years experience as a bedwetting treatment expert.

In 2008 Anzacare was certified to the internationally recognized Quality Management System for medical device manufacture, ISO 13485:2003. This Quality Management System is audited annually by SGS and provides independent evidence of the quality of design, manufacture, safety and proven performance of the Anzacare products.

Anzacare is unique in being a bedwetting treatment company that was founded by a bedwetting treatment expert, and being certified to ISO 13485:2003.

Manufacturing Warranty

Anzacare will replace any product which fails due to manufacturing fault within 60 days of purchase (proof of purchase date must be provided).

Please note:

The Urosensor™ on the DRI Excel™ (plug-in model) is a consumable item, and it is expected that it will need replacing from time to time, just as the earphone on a portable radio will need replacing from time to time. Remember that an earphone may last varying times depending on how carefully or otherwise it is used, especially when being used by a child, and so the life of the DRI Excel™ Urosensor™ will vary, and it cannot be predicted exactly how long it is expected to last.

For this reason our strong advice is to purchase a spare Urosensor™  when you buy your DRI Excel™, so that there is no break in treatment while waiting for a replacement.

The Urosensor™ of the DRI Eclipse™ is itself an electronic device and is not a consumable item. With proper care its life is limited only by the life of the internal battery (two to three years). However, if lost or damaged, replacements can be purchased for $60.00.

The DRI Excel™ batteries last up to a year (and often longer) and the DRI Eclipse™ alarm battery can last 1 to 2 years. However to maximize battery life both the DRI Eclipse and DRI Excel need™ to be switched off when not in use (switch off and on explained in the instructions).
